I stayed at the hotel for a week and a half, of which one week in a suite and 3 nights in a regular room (the big room). First of all I would like to say that the hotel is of a very high standard, new and clean and the staff is stunning! I connected with the team on a personal level, they are always smiling and welcoming and willing to help. Special I connected with the restaurant team, amazing people! Especially the shift managers Chai and Homo and of course their dedicated staff, the food was perfect, because the food was so delicious and we gave up on many outside restaurants. The suite was great and spacious, if there was a balcony it would be perfect. Other than that everything was perfect! I intend to come back again this year!👍🙂🫶🙏

We got an upgrade to a premium room, unfortunately facing the main street. It was so loud during the night because of traffic that, despite having earplugs, I couldn't sleep. Also the hotel restaurant is constantly out of salmon & avocado (big part of the menu has salmon dishes, various ways...), we asked on 4 (!) different days. Rooms are nice and well equipped, staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are western standard.

This is dead zone at night. Great for families since there is nothing going on past 11pm. Streets are dead, only food option is 7 11. The walls are super thin. Expect to hear your neighbors and everything in the hallway starting 8am. Service is nice, I got the suite and was happy with size and cleanliness.

breakfast ,basic ( they have just black tea , for chamomile you have to pay!) . Room is small and one day they forget to clean! Nice pool and good location. The massage in hotel is very basic! Not able to communicate basic English!

Nice ambience with a very delicious food. Can choose from various unique dishes from their menu. They even have coffee shop if you want to sip a coffee or drink alcoholic beverages such a as a cold crafted beer.... Keep it up!

Good hotel with very friendly service. It is new and does not appear on all satnav maps and some taxi drivers struggled finding it. It is reasonably close to the city centre. The restaurant is good …

We have been in Thailand for 5 weeks, but this hotel stands out! This hotel have everything you need. But the thing that stands out is the service. We have never got better service then here, specially Omo and Chai. We will definitely come back here.
